ETHICAL INSPECTION STANDARD

I) PURPOSE AND SCOPE

We respect and support universal declarations of Human Rights and do not tolerate any conduct in violation of these principals. We want to make sure that these principles are applied by Manufacturer, Suppliers and Subcontractors, as well as our own staff. We set up this Code of Conduct as non-negotiable requirement without exception, in order to secure and to improve the working conditions and welfare of the workers.

II) NORMATIVE ELEMENTS

We have been inspired to create this Code of Conduct by the different International Social Standard, Treaties and Conventions covering Social Accountability – 8000, WRAP etc…. These are e.g. ILO Conventions, The Universal Declaration of Human Rights the SA 8000 and WRAP standards.

III) LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

As a general rule Company must follow national and applicable laws. As a general rule, when national regulation or other applicable laws addresses the same issue as this Code, the most stringent should be applied.

IV)SOCIAL COMMITMENT REQUIREMENTS

1) Child Labor
Company do not engaged in the use of "Child Labor" for production of any product of whatever nature.
